  1. I had emphysema in 2009 when I was 45 years old. I smoked for 11 years, but quit smoking as soon as I was told that I had COPD. Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I ever did. But I knew I would die if I didn’t. My health was getting so bad that I needed oxygen 24/7 and was down to 92lbs. Thankfully, in 2019 I got a natural herbal prescription from a friend.     I gave it to my mother, who suffers from COPD. Since she started taking Astragalus Root, the symptoms of chest pain and rasping when she breathes have disappeared. If she feels something coming on, she just starts taking this and it seems to stop it in its tracks. This is something we can’t be without at home anymore.

  8. I love echinacea because I suffer from COPD and it helps relieve my symptoms, it also helps to not catch any flu. Inform yourself before taking, it’s not for everyone, but for me it definitely works.

  9. I am a 57 year old male. I have never smoked, but I spent the first 20 years of my life living with a father who smoked 3 packs a day. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with chronic lung disease. I came across Licorice Root and Bromelain on the internet about 8 months ago. I bought some and started taking them regularly. I went for a checkup about 2 weeks ago, and the doctor noticed an improvement. I’m going for a full lung function test in 6 months, and I can’t wait to see how that turns out!

  10. A pulmonologist diagnosed my husband with asthma or possibly COPD. He was prescribed a steroid inhaler. Within 4 days, his symptoms were so severe that he had to stop taking the medication. Although it helped her lungs open up more she developed hoarseness and sleeplessness, blurred vision, tremors and rapid heart rate.
