What is Curcumin?
Curcumin is one of the active molecules of turmeric, a rhizome native to India widely used in cooking as a spice. It comes from the Zingiberaceae family, the same family as ginger. Its benefits are well recognized; it is consumed in an ancestral way in many Eastern countries for its medicinal virtues. For many years now, science has validated the numerous benefits of the active molecules of turmeric, curcuminoids, of which curcumin is a part.
Curcumin is said to decrease inflammation, oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction; to increase insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake. Curcumin is used to improve overall health and sports performance, acts on tendonitis, recent joint pain, arthritis and gout. Also find here: Turmeric capsules.

It is also useful in the treatment of digestive, respiratory or skin inflammations. It is even believed to have anti-cancer properties.
There are about twenty different varieties of boswellia, and they all have similar therapeutic qualities mainly due to the boswellic acids.

How to use?
Mix 15 drops of G1 + G2 each on a spoon and then passed into the mouth. The liquid is salivated in the mouth for as long as possible. This sublingual intake allows the ingredients to enter the bloodstream more quickly via the thin oral mucosa. When simply swallowed, the ingredient must first pass through the liver to enter the large circulatory system.
There are no flavors, colors or alcohol added. Therefore, the product has a rather bitter taste. Any tooth discoloration caused by curcumin usually goes away promptly.
