  1. Suffering every time you pee is so horrible; I don’t wish it to anyone. So I looked for a natural alternative and found aloe vera gel. I am now consuming it as a shake and I hope it will help relieve this uncomfortable burning.

  2. I used this for my 2 yr old daughter. A couple of months ago she had a uti with foul smelling urine. Went to the doctor where they catheterized her(traumatizing) to get a urine sample since she isn’t potty trained. We were given an antibiotic. A few wks later she had foul smelling urine again which I took as a sign of a uti. I did not want to go back to the doctor for another catheterization and antibiotics so I looked on the internet for an alternative to antibiotics and found d-mannose. I gave her the appropriate does for her age/weight for two days and the foul smelling urine went away. No more signs of a uti. I believe it works!

  3. Vitatmin C – what else can be said?
I take one tablet almost every day.
It keeps you healthy, your immune system thriving,
so you can keep playing, running, swimming and driving.
It even helps eliminate inflammation of the vegina. The important thing is the consistency of consumption. Don’t hesitate any longer! You have to try it!

  4. I learned about D-Mannose a few years back reading rave reviews. After buying some, I wasn’t brave enough to try it. But then the dreaded UTI came back. After two rounds of antibiotics, I just couldn’t shake it. Not only was it painful, but I was missing time from work and it was throwing my life into a mess. I remember the D-Mannose in my cupboard – and read to take it around the clock every three hours. I set my Alexa to wake me at night. After 24 hrs – I’m MUCH better – symptoms are barely there and I feel like my old self. I will continue this regime for 5 days and will be taking it as a supplement after What a God send. (I did have a cultured ecoli UTI) I have a Doc’s app’t today and she’ll be hearing how I’ll be NOT going on another round of anitbiotics!! thank you everyone who wrote these reviews and convinced a skeptic!!

  5. I love these apple cider gummies and they really taste good. I didn’t expect them to do as much as they have. They have made me feel lighter and incredibly the inflammation in my bladder is gone. I have also noticed a nice energy boost, I will continue to buy my 2 month supply!

  6. This is the perfect aloe vera. My doctor recommended it to me several years ago to soothe my inflamed bladder, and I had never been a fan of aloe for this reason: the taste.
But if you refrigerate it, you get an ice-cold drink that looks and tastes like the best distilled water. It also has no side effects, so no worries about aftertaste or diarrhea. There is absolutely no taste, in fact the aloe has healing properties.
I am happy to report that drinking two ounces twice a day and when there is distress, has eliminated bladder inflammation and I even feel it helps me do a complete detox.
I was delighted to find it here. Ordering it was easy, and a reorder button makes it a breeze.
I am so thankful for this incredibly good natural product.

  7. This Garlic is a very good product. …. It helps to lower cholesterol and eliminate inflammations such as in the bladder. But you have to make sure you don’t miss any days taking it. Persistence is what makes the difference with natural medicine.

  8. LIFE SAVERS. No, seriously. After years of recurring UTIs and seriously unhealthy pain and burning…trying different antibiotics, etc. I have to say that D-Mannose has totally cleared up my UTI. I was in and out of doctors for a long time, wearing sweatpants, calling in to work, hanging out between sitting on the toilet in pain but nothing happens or crying in pain in the bathtub. I have even tried every antibiotic under the sun …. and now with this natural supplement – life is so much easier. it has made a WORLD of difference. I usually don’t do reviews for things this embarrassing. But this thing is a miracle. I was a real person with real pain and I figure if my review can help anyone else…then please…for the love of God, listen to it.

  9. I have a swelling in my bladder that is hard to get rid of. I don’t want to take antibiotics anymore because they destroy my stomach. It can be very painful at times. I started drinking Cranberry Juice and it has helped me tremendously with the pain. I wouldn’t be surprised if it takes away the inflammation. I will continue to drink it every day. Please don’t ever stop selling it, I don’t know what I would do without it!

  10. I have been taking D-Mannose for 2 weeks due to a bladder infection that are frequent for me, and along with changing my diet and drinking apple cider vinegar with lemon, these pills have cured me. At first I woke up with a sharp pain in my urethra and the urge to urinate, but it was really just the healing taking place and I have not had the pain or discomfort again. The infection is healing well and I am much happier now that I have taken these pills.

  11. The garlic powder helped a lot. It doesn’t miraculously get rid of the infection, but it immediately decreases the pain significantly and disappears completely after two days. For me garlic will always be the best natural antibiotic!

  12. It has been almost two years since I started having bladder problems. After much research on the possibility of having Interstitial Cystitis, this Aloe Vera Gel Powder is the only thing I have found that I take faithfully. Along with following a diet and minimizing intake of possible triggers, I hope to never have a flare up again.
I would always recommend natural medicine over anything else.

  13. I’m old, I’m over 70 years old, and I seemed to spend most of the 24 hours of the day trying to get to a bathroom to urinate. Frankly, I tried not drinking anything, but that didn’t work. You have to drink fluids throughout the day. Then someone recommended Apple Cider Gummies, I take 3 a day and I can go a couple of hours in the day without running to the bathroom and most of the night. So I don’t care frankly how it works but it does.

  14. I only saw a small improvement after the first bottle of D-Mannose Powder, but I decided to try another one, and I’m glad I did! I just finished the second bottle and I can see a good improvement, the swelling in my bladder is going away. I’ve slept through the night 4 out of the last 7 nights, I’m going to keep taking it!
