Gout attacks are particularly painful and intense. However, there are natural remedies for removing uric acid crystals. Gout management has been managed in many different ways and has been a complex issue over the years.

But natural remedies were always the key of the healing: Curcuma, Boswellia, Lemon, Baking soda, Cider vinegar, Cherry, honey, Nettle, Celery, Wintergreen essential oil, Cabbage,… nature always gave us many solutions to treat good at home.

For example, put 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glass of water and add 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well with a spoon, then drink this mixture with each meal. This is a grandmother’s recipe that puts an end to gout attacks in just a few weeks.
