    Magnesium is great for men or women. It lowers my blood pressure and even relieves very bad headaches a lot. Sometimes I take two (it’s safe) It’s also very relaxing and helps me fall asleep! Sometimes, or rarely, if I get really upset or feel irritable (like most humans…unless you’re a sheep) I take one and I’m very relaxed. It relaxes tense muscles and muscle spasms. It’s also great to take at menopause or if your period is changing your mood. Magnesium is known to be healthy, your heart will thank you. Happy heart, happy life. I’ve been taking it for years. Don’t take more than two a day (800 mg). Most days I take just one at night at bedtime.

    Herbal essential oils have been my holy grail. I just finished my first bottle of lavender and am going to buy it again. I suffer from panic attacks and migraine. I have tried every medication on the market, but never liked how the medications made me feel. After trying many medications and deciding that medication was not for me, I decided to turn to aromatherapy. I have to say it has been the best decision I have ever made. I usually use this essential oil when I start to feel nervous or start to worry too much. I use it in cases where the headache becomes unbearable. I turn on the diffuser and add about 3 drops and I feel much more relaxed. I also put the diffuser on before I go to bed and it also helps me sleep. I can’t stop talking about this essential oil or aromatherapy. I think everyone needs essential oils in their life.

    I suffer from insomnia, not sleeping at all gives me horrible headaches during the day. I bought Magnesium to help me sleep better and it has.     This Magnesium is an excellent product!
    It arrived in perfect condition.
    It helps a lot if you suffer from migraine and other inflammatory diseases.

    Can I say Peppermint Oil miracle worker haha I had Covid last year and almost lost my life to it. Covid left me with severe daily migraines. My neurologist suggested it to me and I am so thankful he did. It took my migraines away in minutes. My aunt and boyfriend have been struggling with migraines for years and I had them try it and now not only do the migraines stop instantly but we rarely have them. It may not work for everyone, but I would say at least give it a try.

    I’ve never written a review before, but this Basil Essential Oil is SO amazing. I have hormonal migraines that usually keep me in bed for at least a day or two. I have tried many migraine medications, both over the counter and prescription, and nothing has worked until I found this oil. I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews and seeing that it didn’t work for everyone, but I decided to give it a try anyway and I’m so glad I did. it works instantly! I no longer have to miss work, stay in bed all day and have trouble sleeping due to migraines.
