Multiple Sclerosis Home Remedies

Multiple sclerosis (or MS) is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disorder that affects the central nervous systems, especially the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Multiple sclerosis can cause nerve impulse transmission problems.[1] The myelin, which acts as a protective layer around nerve endings, becomes impaired. It is good to ask for a multiple sclerosis diagnosis if you doubt.

There are many symptoms that can be experienced depending on the location of the myelin: vision problems, numbness, movement problems, and electric shock sensations in the limbs or back.[2] Multiple sclerosis symptoms in females are the same as in men.  In most cases, the disease progresses slowly. This is due to the severity and frequency of relapses.

  1. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis; I knew that my heart situation would never be normal again. Now I take pills that I believe do not help much. But that’s what I have to do. A friend recommended me to try natural supplements and gave me two bottles of Ginkgo biloba. I don’t lose anything by trying it, so I’ve been taking it for a few days now. I hope it will help me to have more physical strength.

  2. I wanted to try boswellia to see its effects and if it would help my Multiple Sclerosis…. It causes me to have a lot of muscle spasms. I noticed a big difference after taking boswellia for 6 months. Boswellia specifically helps me to no longer feel that Numbness in my legs. I am delighted with this miracle of nature. I learned that I have to be very consistent to then notice the effects of a product.

  3. I started using Myrrh Gum after reading that it is a powerful anti-inflammatory. This helps in theory against autoimmune diseases. So I hope it will help me against Multiple Sclerosis. I still have faith in finding something that will help me!

  4. I have been taking it for a little over a week. And I notice that I fall asleep faster and stay asleep a little longer. The tremors in my legs have decreased a little bit. I will continue with this remedy hoping to improve a little more.

  5. I use Ginkgo Biloba for two things 1) improve memory and it works.
    2) Also, it has reduced my extreme fatigue due to my MS.
I take 3 capsules a day and I can tell the difference in my body and mental state.
This is a supplement I am never without.

  6. My husband has multiple sclerosis and has been a type 2 diabetic, using insulin, since 1994. After 60 days of taking Alpha Lipoic Acid, he has total blood sugar control!!!! His doctor said, “You are no longer diabetic” and took my husband off insulin. Even the muscle spasms due to MS have disappeared Would I buy it again? Of course. And we will never be short of it. Miracle natural remedy!

  7. My husband has had untreated depression, due to suffering from MS and refuses to see a professional.
I bought him Ashwagandha in capsules and he didn’t want to take it, but agreed to try it for a whole week.
She hates pills – you have no idea – but she is on her third bottle now. I know he feels so much better and our communication is considerably more pleasant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!!

  8. It’s unbelievable to say the least. I have MS and it’s not fun. For the last 6 months I have had Muscle Spasms and Trouble moving my arms and legs . I felt like an eighty year old in a fifty year old body. Long story short, I came across Ginkgo Biloba Capsules and after reading tons of reviews, I thought, what do I have to lose? So I ordered a bottle. It arrived quickly and I tried it immediately. That was almost a month ago. At first, well the first three days, I took 3 capsules 2 times a day, then I went to 3 capsules once a day.

And what happened when I took it? The results were immediate for me. I was in shock. Seriously, I was stunned, but in a good way. I could feel the pain go away almost instantly. But it kept working and working and working. At least with this the MS would not progress so fast.

  9. I can feel the immediate result. I have MS and this is the third time I have bought Boswellia. It does not cure the problem but when I take it regularly the symptoms are more bearable, less intense pain and better quality of life. I highly recommend this product. One bottle is enough for one month.

  10. I have been using Gotu Kola for a few months now, as I have been diagnosed with MS and it is a natural alternative to my medications. I did a lot of research before I started using the product. I don’t like medicine because it makes me nervous and makes my heart race. By taking this pill, I also get the benefits of improving circulation and memory. I take two capsules daily and will continue to take it as part of my daily routine. There is no cure but it is good to look for natural alternatives.

  11. These are a game changer! I hate taking vitamins, even knowing how much they keep us healthy. This Green Tea Powder tastes great. But the most profound thing about these is the difference they have made in my mood. I made the mistake of going without these for a week. My goodness, I noticed the difference the next day. I was grumpy, irritable, etc…not fun at all, even the intense pains from my MS came back. I thought maybe it was just a bad day and the next day I started to feel tired and just plain sad. I realized I hadn’t been taking the green tea and made sure to increase my next order to see if there was any correlation between my mood and this. Sure enough, a few days after receiving my order, I felt more energetic and less irritable. It does make a difference!

  12. I am not a person who normally writes reviews…this is the exception. This Omega-3 Fatty Acids has helped me so much with the MS. It relieves me of the severe pain I have experienced for years. Within a week one can already notice a big difference. I plan on taking this for the rest of my life. awesome!!!!!

  13. I am 45 years old with MS. This Myrrh Gum is a great value and tastes good! This product has increased my energy after 3 days. My mind is clearer. The fatigue is not as bad. This is helping me so far. Stable mood.
What I like most is that the aches and pains have reduced surprisingly.

  14. I really like this Omega-3 Fatty Acids. I suffer from severe MS and constantly have very sharp pains. I take two every day. one is not enough to relieve the pains but 2 does help quite a bit. Of course they only help a lot, not that it cures you. But any pain relief comes in handy.

  15. I’m one of those people who takes supplements daily and I rotate them every week so I don’t overdo it. This Green Tea Powder is also great for reducing muscle soreness if you suffer from MS.
These were a great addition to my routine and have pretty good absorption.

  16. At 60, I am taking a number of prescription medications and vitamin and mineral supplements. This Alpha Lipoic Acid is a staple in my pill box. Despite being diagnosed with MS 20 years ago, I still lead a normal and relatively healthy life.
