The cause of inflammatory bowel disease is still not known exactly. That is why I have to accept that I have to live with it, even if it is not pleasant. There are days when it is so inflamed that I even look pregnant. I have been trying Bromelain powder and I feel a little better. That is where I understood that I have to look for natural remedies and who knows, maybe I will find the solution that I am looking for.
¡¡¡¡¡I wanted to update this because I found this and it is very helpful !!!!! This is great for any type of digestive issues (gas and bloating) I love Licorice Root tea! I will definitely keep buying this tea. It tastes great, I like sweet tea but don’t feel the need to sweeten it, but when I do sweeten it I use stevia leaves. I was hoping this would help with my chronic pain and it really seems to help a little. It really helps to relax. this is the first thing that I could really tell that makes a difference. Definitely a great buy.
I was very happy to receive my Aloe Vera leaf powder. I am going to use it for my smoothies in the mornings. I read that it could help me with the inflammation I have in my intestines. So I am hoping for good results with this powder.
Wheatgrass Extract Powder has given me sustained energy throughout the day. I take a teaspoon in the morning with my smoothie. I usually experience a drop in the middle of the day. I usually have to have a coffee in the middle of the day. Since I started using this, my digestive system has improved, especially my bowels. I don’t know why people complain about the taste. It’s green, what do you expect? There are hints of grass and soil. That’s what I expected. I like that taste.
Turmeric Capsules is just what you need as you get older. When you get to the stage where, as soon as you eat, it comes back, you need help.
Within a week I could feel an improvement in my intestines. I was no longer running to the bathroom after eating something.
Excellent natural remedy with no side effects.
I have suffered since the 1980s with irritable bowel syndrome, before doctors (mine, at least) had a name for it. I was always told I had a type A personality and it was just stress. I tried many things. Finally, a couple of years ago, my gastroenterologist recommended that I take Probiotics. It fit me like a glove. I have had no problems since then. I repeat, I have had NO problems since then.
I’ve tried everything…pysillum husk, other enzymes, fiber, stool softener, linzess, slippery elm bark, probiotics, etc. I’ve tried it! This is a miracle in a jar! I suffer from chronic constipation and have been told by all the doctors that I will have to live with only one bowel movement a month and that I have (of course) irritable bowel constipation. These Ashwagandha capsules have saved me…on days when I feel worse I take 1 with every meal and an extra before bed….. a wah la!!! I hope this helps someone else who has gone down this same road!!!!!
I suffer from diarrhea caused by stress. My doctor calls it IBS. Whatever. All I know is that Wheatgrass Extract Powder works better than anything else I’ve tried. I’m drinking it every day in my smoothie. It’s amazing stuff. It really is. I try to take a spoonful of raw honey when I take it. The honey acts as a prebiotic.
I have been taking this Boswellia Extract twice a day for over six weeks now and I am very pleased with the results so far. I have only had a few minor stomach aches with no episodes of acute discomfort, which is great! However, I think it is too early to say for sure if my lack of symptoms is entirely due to this product. I will continue to take it to see if it works in the long run.
