I didn’t know why I was living with constant fatigue, I had no strength for anything. Until my blood tests showed that I had anemia. If I wanted to get better I had to act immediately. So I started a stricter diet that included iron. Beet is not something I like to eat like this, but I found Beetroot Extract Powder. I drink this in my smoothie every morning and I can say that in one week I have already noticed a lot of changes, especially in my physical strength. I will continue with this treatment until I feel 100%.
My grandfather is very fanatic about moringa, for him this plant is miraculous. Every day he consumes it as an infusion. I obviously did not believe him at all but now I am taking the infusions with him because of my anemia. I think it is helping me because at least now I have more strength but after the blood test I will be able to prove it 100%.
I have chronic, sometimes severe anemia. So I need an iron supplement to keep my blood in good condition. I was taking prescription supplements for a while but nausea forced me to look for other options. I went for natural supplements that contain plenty of Iron.
After taking these long enough to build up in my system I don’t feel the effects of anemia too often and most of the time my lab results come back in the normal range. I have gotten to the point where I can take a pill every other day and maintain decent health.
If you need an iron supplement and others haven’t worked or have made you feel bad, try these.
These dates are delicious. They are exactly the same as the Coachella dates I usually buy.
They were in excellent condition and the packaging is good. I consume it almost every day, lest I say I’m getting addicted to these. Since I found out that they help me with anemia all the more reason to eat them.
My husband has stage 4 colon cancer and has been receiving chemotherapy treatments for 18 months, which has resulted in anemia and decreased appetite. Since he started using Sesame Seeds, he has regained weight and his appetite has returned to normal most of the time. His energy level has also improved. Highly recommend this product, it is truly an amazing herb.
Great product! I have been using this Moringa, to make me feel better. I take it twice a day and I can say that it definitely gives me a boost of energy throughout the day. This miracle plant has eliminated my anemia. I am now back to my daily routine without feeling weak.
These raisins are plump and delicious. When they arrived, I divided them into four zip-top bags and froze three. I have now finished all the bags (in an embarrassingly short time) and the frozen ones were just as good as the ones I ate right out of the box. I have found that you can eat them frozen if, like me, you can’t wait for them to thaw. Since I read that eating raisins helps eliminate anemia, I eat them all the more reason to eat them. They are my weakness!
I used to be an anemic (undiagnosed). I was turned down many times to donate blood because I was “low on iron”….. I started taking Iron Tablets and now my girl donates plasma twice a week. My iron has increased and I feel like I have a lot more energy. My mom told me not to take iron because she said I would get constipated. She was wrong. I don’t have any problems.
I had a severe case of anemia that led to a series of health problems. In short, low red blood cells, which means not enough blood getting to the heart, which my doctor said could lead to a heart attack. Well, the doctors talked about iron supplements which I can NOT, have never been able to take since I was a child due to severe constipation. NO to stool softeners before taking Iron for various reasons all leading to uncomfortable situations. They talked about blood transfusions, plasma and platelets, all painful, none a sure cure and the pros and cons of all…then I found Beetroot Extract Capsules. Someone who had gone through similar horrors at the hands of doctors unsure which way to go, found these and suggested them to me. I am beyond grateful because they LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. I feel great, no health problems and my numbers are perfect. I recommend them 1000%.
I love these moringa extract capsules. I am anemic and at one point had to have blood transfusions. Now, later in life and without blood transfusions, I need something to help regenerate red blood cells. This supplement does an amazing job to help replenish lost minerals, iron, red blood cells, etc. I often feel very energetic after taking them, and for some reason I sleep very well. They have also helped me improve the appearance of my skin. Great supplement for slow release of iron, and extra minerals/vitamins that the body needs.
I have taken iron supplements for iron deficiency anemia for a long time. I also have allergies and really HATED all the artificial colors, preservatives, fillers, etc., etc. that were in most of them. I was delighted when I came across this Black Sesame Extract Powder. No artificial colors, no Gluten, no preservatives. It’s cheap, works great and doesn’t have a bunch of unnecessary additives. Gosh, how I wish more companies would do the same!
