I can’t deny that I am a coffee lover. I can’t start my day without a cup of coffee, otherwise it’s like nothing works. But it gives me so much heartburn lately that I’ve had to give it up, because it makes me have such a hard time with my stomach. Since I don’t want to accept that I have to give up coffee, I definitely looked for a home remedy that could alleviate the burning in my stomach. And I found this marvel, fennel seeds. I decided to leave a comment so it might help someone else who suffers from heartburn all the time. I tried many remedies and nothing helped at all. I remembered something very important that my mother used to make for us every day, morning and evening. It is anise tea. I have a liter of it every day and I feel that my heartburn is disappearing. How I make the tea. I boil water about half a liter and add a tablespoon of anise seeds and let it steep for 10 minutes and then drink it with my food or without any food, no problem. I drink half a liter in the morning and half a liter at night. Try it and see how it will help you.
Apple Cider Gummies works great, and at a decent price. I finally just started putting one in with my nighttime pills because if I don’t take it at night I wake up with reflux. The last time I put my pills together I forgot about it, probably because I haven’t had reflux in a good while because I’ve been taking them regularly.
